The technology we write today can impact future generations, as well as all the decisions we make as individuals and as a company.

Our growth is based on sustainable development: the continuous search for a balance among the economic, environmental, and social pillars.

Gender equality and promotion of a fair and inclusive environment, valuing diversity

The Mia Group, together with Mia-Care, is firmly committed to promoting and supporting an inclusive and equitable environment that values everyone’s diversity, believing that this corporate culture is essential for the well-being of all employees and the development of a better society.

We are also committed to gender equality, recognizing that currently there is a significant gender gap in access to scientific fields, such as information technology.

Our approach aims to eliminate all forms of discrimination, including gender discrimination, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda.

In particular, we have implemented an internal policies framework related to recruitment and hiring, compensation and promotion, and training and development that ensure equal opportunities for all employees. We also guarantee a positive and growth-oriented work environment, with a dedicated focus on work-life balance.

Our commitment to gender equality is seen as an ethical responsibility and a key strategy in the sustainability policy that Mia-Care is pursuing together with the entire Mia Group.

Mia-Care has been certified for being in compliance with the standard requirements UNI/PdR 125:2002, which guarantee gender-equality in the workplace. The assessment is related to specific activities such as design, development, testing, marketing, production and maintenance of cloud software for the healthcare and lifesciences sector.
