The Messaging Service allows sending messages to different clusters of users involved in the process, using different channels based on users’ needs.

The Messaging Service supports the clustering of users to send a message to a specific group and allows the creation of specific templates for the chosen channel. In addition, interpolation ensures that dynamic messages are sent based on the final recipient.
